What if my party guest count changes? Can I add tents?

Yes! You may alter the quantity of tents for your party up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. 

How will my items be delivered?

A sprinkle + dot concierge will deliver your tent party items along with any additional items you purchase. When you schedule your party, you will select a delivery window the DAY OF your party and a pick-up time the DAY AFTER you party.

Set-up takes approximately 1 hour (depending on the quantity of tents) and pick-up takes 30-45 minutes.

Someone over the age of 18 must be present for delivery and pick-up.

 

What happens if an item is lost or damaged?

We get it, stuff happens. Especially when kids are involved! If an item is lost or damaged, we will notify you and you will be charged the retail price for its replacement.

 

What areas in Colorado do you serve?

sprinkle + dot provides services in the Denver metro area. Having your party in Vail? Or Fort Collins? Or Colorado Springs? Don't fret! For parties 20 miles+ outside the metro area, an additional travel fee may be applied.

 

What if I need to cancel my sprinkle + dot tent party?

If you need to change dates you must notify us at least 4 days prior to your event. A change of date will be based on availability on the preferred date.

You may cancel your party 6 days before the time of scheduled delivery in order to receive a full refund. 

Cancellations made between 2 and 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery time will be issued a refund of 80%. We only adhere to this policy because it means we've held a party date for you and won't be able to re-book another party.

No refund of any amount will be made if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the time of scheduled delivery.

 

What do I need to do before my sprinkle + dot tent party?

We'll need a large open space for set-up. We can arrange in various configurations (line-up, semi-circle, aisles) depending on your space. For a tent party of four, a minimum of approximately 80 square feet is required. If you have questions about the space requirements, please contact us.

Additionally, please ask all party guests to bring their own sleeping pillow for hygienic reasons.

We love pets…if you do too, please ensure pets are put away in a safe place during set-up and clean-up.

We also kindly request that when your party is complete, that all trash be tossed and personal items be collected to help expedite the pick-up process.
